Hi, ordered a OZK suit on July 24th. (almost 3 weeks ago) i was just wondering what time it takes for the average shipment to reach the east coast of the United States. also i was wondering if you get any kind of notification if your item was processed, because i never did, i only received an email saying that they received my payment.


it was kinda like this:

"Your payment for following item has been received. Item Number: (this part was blank)
Item Description: Shopping Cart
Amount received: $69.9"

The shipping time to the US takes longer because of a terrorist scare a few years ago, it now takes an average 4 weeks shipping time

As for the email because of the volume of orders we don't email to say we've shipped items, conversely the only time we'd email you would be if there was a problem but all orders are shipped within three days of the order so your item would have been shipped by now
