Hi guys, I placed an order at the beginning of May, and understand that it is normal to wait 1 month or more to receive items, but I attempted to contact Vlad a week ago about it, and he has still not gotten back to me. On vacation possibly? Is anyone else having trouble getting in touch?

He may have just missed the EMail, he is very busy, send him another one when possible stating your problem.

Issue is resolved now - stuff came in the mail today. I do have another question though - only half my stuff came - is multiple packages unusual?

Not unusual at all especially if you have ordered some bulky items (e.g. helmet). I have been ordering from this site for about two years (and if my wife ever finds out how much I have spent here I shall see you in another life guys) and never had a problem although I too sometimes start to whine about delivery times. Problem is within Ukrainian mail and shipping stuff with them normal couriers (DHL,Fedex etc) would double if not triple the delivery cost and that's if they will accept the item (e.g. helmet). I hope you should see the rest of your order very soon but if not contact Vlad again, it is summer and as you would imagine the airsoft related businesses are very busy.
