You should buy a PPsh drum mag pouch instead of hauling around that MOLLE drop bag. Smile

I noticed that banana mags dont work as nice as drum ones. Drum ones get through every single bb with minimum winding while the stick mags reqire a lot of "finger action" yet fail to produce 50-60 bb single bursts like the drum.

Taurus i also carry a few nades and smokes in the dump bag but would gladly get a proper drum pouch if you can point me in the right direction. I do have a soviet mess kit and that pouch might just fit a ppsh drum. I should try that sometime.

I know they're easily found from a particular eBay seller that I can point you to in a PM if you'd like, and he also has the old WWII grenade pouches that would look good on your kit as well. ^^

On another note, are you very familiar with airsoft guns and their accessories? I can't find a reliable person to ask questions to especially with retailers.

The question I have is what's up with double feeding on airsoft guns? Is it this biodegradable BB crap or is it something more serious? It's brand new with new upgrades, so it kind of irritates me if there's something wrong with it. And have you ever used mid-caps? They feed horribly for some odd reason....

Which make is your gun? If you paid around $500 for an AEG gun you should not have trouble with double feeding really. Main reason for doublefeeding is incompatibility of mag make with gun make. A lot of mag manufacturers claim that their mags compatible with few different AK brands for example but they rarely work as good as promised. For example i use Magpul AK Beta Project mid cap mags with my Marui hi-cycle AK and it works wonders. But when i try to use it with my SRC AK which claims to take Marui mags (and it does work fine with marui hi cap mags) it doesnt work at all Sad

Well the AK is a CYMA CM031D with upgraded hop-up and tightbore barrel.

The magazines are G&P Midcaps. The high-cap I have was lost and a metal one was reclaimed, not sure what brand it is but I don't think I have trouble with the high-cap.

I personally am not familiar with CYMA but I will be at the airsoft shop on Saturday and i will ask their engineer if its compatible with G&P mid caps. He would know for sure. If as you say it worked fine with high cap it is definitely a problem with your mid caps not the gun itself imho.

As for G&P i just became a proud owner of new MK23 and really looking forward to lay some suppressing cover fire on Sunday Smile
