These are some ideas I think some people may be interested in!

First off is this bandana, they are used by russian military operatives and made by SPOSN and come it multiple colors/patterns!

Also What happened to these?

And goggles, this would be useful for airsofters and would give them that realistic feel, also his elbow pads are these obtainable, these are also made by SPOSN I believe.

And the last thing is socks, now I have seen it discussed before on here stating they don't use socks, but my father who was a paratrooper in the soviet afghan war used socks that were similar to these except tan(Yes they were military issue according to him.)

Are these no longer available? Because I was looking at one for my airsoft loadout.

The rule book says portyanki but in war zones the rule book is often torn up for toilet paper. I know the Russian Army made the change from sapogi and portyanki to socks and lace boots a few years ago

Haha there are rules to war?(I know there are rules it was just humored sarcasm) Nobody follows them. And yeah my father said they still used footwraps, but you could go and ask for socks at the armory and they would give a pair of socks,I dont know if it was only for the VDV or not however.

All but portyanki are in constant use by airsofters. Although sapogi destroy socks after a day but then again I don’t often skirmish in WW2 Soviet Kit.

G&G Bandana, can be used in a number of ways including indication of being a dead player returning back to base.

I personally use full gloves as being shot at the tips of your fingers is a bitch Smile But cut offs work better when taking pictures with I-phone lol Smile

As per goggles there are also loads of options I am sticking with Revision at the moment.

I find the mesh goggles were better due to a lack of fogging. Sorry I missed your call the other night I will try to call you next week, I work mainly nights nowadays!
