Do anyone of you guys know if there is a good and not highly expensive Airsoft/Softgun sniper out here!?

Like the SVD or something?

Eh... I don't trust any airsoft sniper rifle, I bought one that was $130.00 and the thing is a piece of garbage, doesn't even get 8" groupings at 8 feet... It's a spring rifle with a tight bore barrel, so I know it's quality... Honestly though, screw sniper rifles, just get an AKM-101 or something and put an aimpoint on it.

Nah... They don't have the flatness needed to have that speed and accuracy, semi-automatic is the way to go, well even full auto is better since there is no recoil. My AK's do better than any sniper rifle I've had.

There is one company make a Dragunov I think its gas powered and has an FPS of about 450. The big drawback is the pricetag, last one I saw was about £600. Most airsoft sniper rifles arent any more accurate than AEG's. Probably less accurate actually. A few companies make AEG Dragunov's as well

Friend of mine got a classic army Draganov he sold to me for like 50$ considering its worth a great deal more I took it. The firing power is around the same as any old automatic rifle but most games allow higher fps for snipers so I'm going to take it in when I get my RPK and have it modded till its fps is as high as I can possibly get it. Till then its more of a show piece I'll look pretty intimidating though with a Draganov on my back and a RPK in my hands though. Not that I can carry both at same time currently I need some sort of stationary sling that I can use to put the rifle on my back and not worry about it being damaged or moving about while I run about.

I am using an ARES PGM. Its gas/bolt action. 480fps from the box. Good range and good accuracy. The only problem with it is its cost and it also weights a ton Smile

google: Ares PGM

Picture of mine with no mag attached. Blends in well in the kitchen Smile
