I was wondering if there was a way to get my hands on a replacement button for my flora winter jacket's right shoulder board. I didn't lose it, it just came that way.

Are there any suggestions?

Well there are these East German repair kits that cheaper than dirt is selling for like 5 dollars a piece? Essential for every Soviet kit, it comes with thread, needle, shoe polish brushes and all the things you need to polish your jackboots, and East German buttons. They are a kind of off blue-green color but they are the exact same model, and you can just sew those on. Otherwise send in a request to Vlad and see if he can sell you a specific amount or something like that.

Thank you for you suggestion, Taurus. But I couldn't find the item you were talking about.

I heard back from Mr. Vladimir and he said he might not be able to find me a replacement.

Any other ideas? I hate to keep bothering Mr. Vladimir.

If you have the summer weight trousers they actually have stirrups inside the lower leg to wear when worn with jackboots to keep the pants from riding up, I always find theyre good for two spare buttons

No, I don't have summer weight trousers. The winter trousers have those buttons on the pant cuff, but I really don't want to cut them off. I like using them.

Thanks for all the answers. I guess I'll just keep an eye out for a replacement. Maybe Mr. Vladimir will come across one before I will.
