I made an order august 19th it was said my order shipped august the 25th, I'm in the southeastern united states, my invoice clearly states 10-14 days. still no order, upon ordering i inquired on ship time as i needed the order for an upcoming show (theater) the response time for emails has been acceptable the show is now coming upon me and still no products, I'm forced to order yet another set of masks as well as pay for faster shipping through another distributor, i just think a lot of this wasted time and now money could have been avoided on my end had someone just said hey expect 20+ days before you actually (or if) you receive the order. i certainly would have taken my business elsewhere.
order # 206-64-5329

Please account for postal delays which are beyond our control. I am aware that deliveries to the USA and Canada can take longer due to a security incident last year

Also the USPS has always been based on a very weird system. Sometimes you get your package before time sometimes not. You can't actually directly blame the seller, because Ukrposhta guarantees to bring it out of the country after 2-4 days, from lowest shipping cost. When it enters the US, the package is USPS responsibility. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

All of said has been taken into consideration. I've purchased many items from many countries on many occasions, my question is at what point is a refund in order? Or is it "my loss"

EDIT: also if there is no way of tracking the package how is it now USPS property?? with no way of knowing, whos to say its left the country? there has to be a better way...
