replacements came today

the gas mask was good it fits perfect but the geiger counter was just completely rusted.
everything was stuck, it took me an hour to get into the back to put the batteries in but when i did nothing happened the lights didnt work the needle wouldnt move and i couldnt hear anything through headphones the geiger counter itself made a high pitched noise when i twisted the knob on the side

this one was a dp5-a the other one is a dp5-b

i dont know what can be done about this

i dont really want to bother you guys any more
thanks for all the help

I suppose we could bring this up to Vityaz, I'm not exactly sure if Vlad is able to expect his shipments since most of the stuff comes out of a warehouse but if anyone can tell you where to go from here it would be Vityaz. Again I would recommend taking photographs and posting them here just so we have reference to how bad the situation is.
